We are based in Singapore in Southeast Asia. With the current covid-19 situation, we have experienced major delays (6-8 weeks) in mail delivery to some countries.
ALL SINGAPORE SHIPPING IS TRACKED
1. We only ship via SingPost Smartpac so that your order can always be tracked.
2. We offer free Singpost Smartpac shipping for orders above S$40.
3. For orders below S$40, we ship via SingPost SmartPac:
Up to 600g S$3.20
600g - 1kg S$3.80
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE
Before placing your order, we suggest that you check the latest shipping status to your country here under the 'Mail' column.
1. We are committed to providing you with affordable international shipping, because our mandate is to get the word out globally.
2. We ship worldwide via Singapore Post. We offer a flat rate for international shipping of S$7.00 /~ US$5 via Singpost Airmail (no tracking). If you would like your parcel to be tracked, please select Singpost Airmail Registered (with tracking) for an additional charge of S$2.50 / ~US$1.75. We have used an exchange rate of US$1.00 to S$1.40 to calculate flat rate shipping above.
Please note that we process all orders in Singapore dollars. While the content of your cart is displayed in your local currency, you will checkout using Singapore dollars at the *most current* exchange rate.
3. Your order will be shipped within 3 - 5 working days after it is confirmed and paid for.

Note:
Estimated delivery time applies only to the major cities/ office of mail exchange. Please allow more time for destinations beyond that.
Registered mail (trackable) requires an additional 2 days as it is a recorded delivery service.
5. Buyers are responsible for any charges imposed by their local customs office.
6. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not qualify for flat rate international shipping.
